How much is insuranse?Insurance premiums are based on the total value of your goods as declared on your packing lists.
The premium for All Risk insurance is 1.3% of the total value of your goods.
Example: The sample packing list below has a total value of Y265,500 for 6 boxes. The cost for insurance will be 265,500 x 1.3%= Y3,452
* The minimum premium for insurance is Y3,000

Our Marine Insurance covers loss, theft or damage during transit.
How do I make a claim?
In the unlikely event your shipment is lost or damaged, you can file a claim with the local insurance claims adjuster indicated on the insurance policy. Your insurance policy will be sent to your destination address (or local address) once it has been issued by our insurance provider.
